First sign of life from the registry court. After many weeks of waiting, we have at least received the payment request for the registration fees. So, we continue to wait and unfortunately have to delay the official start of our company even further.
We had to postpone our planned trip to Sweden due to scheduling conflicts, and it’s now moved to next month. Maybe by then, we will officially be registered as a GmbH.
Meetings with the tax advisor and bank have been completed, together with our minority shareholder. Her studies are already helping with the structuring of our activities.
